Interested in transferring your prescriptions to the best pharmacy around? Here’s the place to start!
Moreland Plaza Pharmacy is Waukesha’s only independent pharmacy and has been providing fast and friendly service to our community since 1960. We take the time to get to know you and what you need.
If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our pharmacy at 262-542-4488 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. Your call will be answered by our professional and knowledgeable pharmacy staff every time – no robots answering the phones here!
FAQ – Getting Started
We are able to transfer almost all prescriptions except for the following:
• Prescriptions that are out of refills
• Prescriptions that are expired
• Prescriptions for Schedule II medications
Any of the prescriptions that we are unable to transfer will need to be sent directly from your doctor. You will have to contact your doctor and ask them to send those prescriptions to our pharmacy.

Yes! Moreland Plaza Pharmacy is proud to offer the Medicine-On-Time Multi-Dose Medication Blister Pack system at no additional charge to our patients! You can click here to get started.
Although most transfers are completed sooner, please allow us 2 business days to complete the transfers.

Be sure to bring the following information with you:
• Prescriptions Insurance Card(s)
• Photo ID
• List of any medication allergies
The first time that you pick up your prescriptions, we will collect additional information from you, submit your prescriptions to your insurance, and fill your medications.
After your first visit, you are only suggested to bring a photo ID when picking up your prescriptions.
